Job summary

Quarteom is seeking a Project Buyer to manage procurement of project services, including engineering studies and consultancy. You will coordinate with internal teams and suppliers throughout the purchasing process to ensure cost efficiency, quality, risk management, and timely delivery.

The role requires a Master's degree and experience in procurement or contract management, fluent Dutch or French with English, and strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in procurement, commercial or engineering.
• Experience with project-based services or consultancy is an asset.
• Fluent Dutch or French, with professional knowledge of the other language and English.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously and drive continuous improvement.
