JD.COM is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations Associate to support its Brussels site, coordinating material requests, managing accounts payable accruals, and providing on-site administrative support for the small-parcel warehouse.

The role acts as a liaison between Operations, Procurement, and Finance, ensuring efficient, organized, and compliant warehouse activities, from PO follow-ups to inventory intake and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Material Requirements Management – Collect and consolidate material requests from warehouses, including consumables, low‑value supplies, equipment, and other operational materials.
• Coordinate with Operations and Procurement to clarify material specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines, ensuring accurate and timely information sharing.
• Follow up on purchase orders, monitor delivery status, and coordinate with the warehouse to confirm receipt and inventory intake.
• Systems and Data Support – Assist in preparing and maintaining weekly and monthly operational reports and performance data.
• On‑site Coordination and Operational Support – Provide on‑site support to the Warehouse Supervisor for daily operational requirements; respond to and coordinate the resolution of operational issues such as material shortages, system disruptions, and temporary labor support needs.
• Maintain close communication with Operations, Finance, HR, and Procurement to ensure timely follow‑up and successful completion of tasks.
