JINGDONG Logistics Belgium is seeking a Warehouse Operations professional to manage inbound and outbound activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping, in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor real-time inventory, perform stock counts, ensure accuracy, and address discrepancies to improve turnover and efficiency across the network.

• Inbound/Outbound Operations Execution: End-to-end warehouse processes incl. receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping.
• Inventory Management & Stocktaking: Real-time inventory status, stock counts, discrepancies handling and turnover optimization.
• Goods Storage & Safety Management: Plan storage, maintain cleanliness, and enforce safety policies.
• Exception Handling & Data Reporting: Report issues, capture data and help optimize workflows.

Ensure accurate and timely inbound/outbound processing, strictly adhere to operational specifications, and prevent errors and losses.Inventory Management & Stocktaking: Monitor real-time inventory status, conduct regular stock counts, and handle inventory discrepancies (overages/shortages) and slow-moving stock. Ensure inventory data accuracy, optimize inventory structure, and improve inventory turnover rate and health.Goods Storage & Safety Management: Plan and allocate storage areas rationally, standardize stacking practices, and maintain warehouse cleanliness. Implement safety management systems to mitigate warehousing risks, ensuring cargo safety and operational compliance.Exception Handling & Data Reporting: Promptly report and address issues such as damaged goods and order anomalies.
