Job summary

WLG is seeking a senior procurement transformation leader to drive the procurement stream within a major business services transformation programme. The role focuses on harmonising procurement processes across multiple entities and ensuring alignment with ERP, cloud migration, data, finance and HR initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in digital transformation with deep procurement expertise, a proven track record in large international organisations, and strong ability to influence

Qualifications

• At least 8 years in digital transformation of business services, with deep procurement experience.
• Track record leading procurement transformation and ERP programmes in large international organisations.
• Hands-on procurement process design and harmonisation.
• Solid programme and project management in complex, multi-stakeholder settings.
• The presence to work with and influence senior executives, and excellent written English.

What You Would Be Doing

What you would bring

• At least 8 years in digital transformation of business services, with deep procurement experience
• A track record leading procurement transformation and ERP programmes in large international organisations

• A plus: PRINCE2 or PMP, TOGAF, COBIT or ITIL, cloud platforms, international or defence experience
