Job summary

ALTEN is seeking a Junior Business Project Manager to join our Brussels-area teams and drive multi-market business initiatives. You will coordinate projects, manage stakeholders, and consolidate data to deliver KPI-focused insights.

You’ll develop reports and analyses for management, support business cases, and translate data into actionable recommendations in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• 1 to 1.5 years of professional experience in project coordination, business analysis, business development or similar role.
• Strong skills in project coordination, stakeholder management, reporting, KPI monitoring and data analysis.
• Good knowledge of Excel and ideally experience with data visualisation or reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and rollout of business initiatives across different markets, ensuring alignment between internal teams and local stakeholders.
• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring regular communication, follow-up on activities, deadlines and action points.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the sharing of best practices across markets.

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Junior Business Project Manager to join our teams and work on client projects, located in Brussels area.

As a Junior Business Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Your Profile

• 1 to 1.5 years of professional experience in project coordination, business analysis, business development or a similar position.
• Strong skills in project coordination, stakeholder management, reporting, KPI monitoring and data analysis.
• Good knowledge of Excel and ideally experience with data visualisation or reporting tools.
• Proactive, analytical and comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.
• Previous exposure to the automotive sector or sales, mobility, fleet, used-car or aftersales activities is considered an asset.
