ALTEN Belgium is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our Brussels projects, focusing on chassis and powertrain components, with English mandatory. You will design and integrate, support studies, create and update 2D/3D models, coordinate suppliers, and contribute to project task follow-up; a permanent contract with benefits and remote work option.

The candidate should hold a Master’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering, have strong Catia V5 skills, and be proficient in vehicle

Automotive Mechanical Engineer - English mandatory - ALTEN Belgium

The Position

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our teams and work on client projects located in Brussels.

As an Mechanical Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

• Mechanical design and integration of chassis and powertrain components.
• Support technical studies and contribute to feasibility assessments.
• Prepare and update 2D/3D models and related documentation.
• Contribute to project task management and follow-up.
• Supplier coordination and quality plan follow-up

Your Profile:

• Master Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
• Strong knowledge in Catia V5
• Proficient in vehicle dynamics and manufacturing processes
• Problem-solving and teamwork abilities
• Proactive and adaptable
• Fluency in English required
