SEIDOR in Brussels is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and help shape technology projects across the organization. You will model processes, analyze requirements, and assist in drafting business cases and project charters alongside stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in UML and BPMN, data modeling, SDLC, and Agile methodologies, with strong written and verbal communication and a proven ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 11 years of experience in business analysis.
• Proficient in UML and BPMN modeling.
• Data analysis and data modeling.
• Strong understanding of information systems.
• Experience with administrative processes in large organizations.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in Agile frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience in Agile business analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to deliver high-level presentations to stakeholders.
• Technical certifications: BPMN 2.0, OCEB, UML Professional, BABOK, ITIL 4, PM², Agile IIBA.

The Consultant Must Demonstrate Experience In

• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Proficiency in Agile frameworks and methodologies

Technical certification(s):At least, one of the following or any equivalent:

• BPMN 2.0
• OMG Certified Expert in BPM (OCEB)
