Job summary

SII Group Belgium is expanding its Sales team and creating an IT Business Unit. The Business Manager will drive growth by combining business development, recruitment, and team management.

You will build relationships with clients in banking, telecoms and energy, lead recruitment efforts, and support consultants’ career development. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree, with 2–5 years of Business Manager experience in IT, and are fluent in French and/or Dutch and English.

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Manager in IT.
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a client portfolio within banking, telecommunications and energy sectors.

As part of the growth of SII Group Belgium, we are strengthening our Sales team and looking for a Business Manager to join our newly created IT Business Unit.

In this role, you will play a key part in SII’s success in Belgium by combining business development, recruitment, and team management.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around two main areas:

• Business Development :Manage and develop a client portfolio within the banking, telecommunications, and energy sectors, driving business growth and profitability.

Your responsibilities include prospecting new clients, conducting customer meetings, identifying and qualifying opportunities, responding to tenders, negotiating contracts, and building long-term relationships with key accounts.

• Recruitment & Team Management :Contribute to the recruitment strategy, participate in candidate sourcing and interviews, and support the development and follow-up of your consultants throughout their careers at SII.

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

• Excellent command of French and/or Dutch, as well as English, both written and spoken
