Act Digital is expanding its Brussels-based presence and seeks a Business Developer / Business Manager to accelerate growth in Belgium. You will build client relationships, drive sales, recruit consultants, and manage P&L within a fast-paced IT services environment.

We require 1–6 years in IT services or consulting, a proven B2B sales track record, and deep knowledge of the Belgian IT market. Fluency in French and English is essential, Dutch is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 1–6 years of experience in an IT services company (ESN) or consulting firm.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and client acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of the Belgian IT market; existing Belgium network is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of clients within Belgium; target large accounts and institutions.
• Recruit consultants and manage them during assignments; drive retention and renewals.
• Align revenue, margins, and profitability with company objectives; forecast accurately.
