YouRent Group SA in Belgium is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow its Flemish market. The role focuses on identifying and qualifying prospects, approaching decision-makers, and presenting the YouRent software to potential clients.

You will prepare and negotiate commercial offers, support clients through the sales and implementation journey, and travel across Flanders as needed. A strong network, language skills, and a results-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in software or real estate.
• Strong knowledge of the Flemish real estate market.
• Native Dutch or perfectly bilingual French/Dutch.
• Strong communication, networking and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with software demonstrations and client meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Driving licence and willingness to travel across Flanders.
• Odoo experience is a plus.

YouRent Group is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow its business in the Flemish market. The role focuses on identifying and qualifying prospects, approaching decision-makers, presenting the YouRent software, preparing and negotiating commercial offers, and supporting clients throughout the sales and implementation journey.

Key requirements:

• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in software or real estate
• Strong knowledge of the Flemish real estate market
• Native Dutch or perfectly bilingual French/Dutch
• Strong communication, networking and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with software demonstrations and client meetings
• Bachelor’s degree
• Driving licence and willingness to travel across Flanders

Location: La Hulpe, Belgium

Working model: Full-time, 38 hours/week, with 2 remote days per week.
