Job summary

Approach People Recruitment represents a leading international group in the construction sector, seeking a Business Development Manager for Belgium. The role is 100% remote, with a focus on growing the business and building long-term relationships with contractors and industrial clients.

You will identify opportunities, propose tailored technical solutions, and manage projects from contract to completion. Fluency in French and Dutch is required, with bilingual proficiency a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in shoring, scaffolding, or a technical construction-related environment.
• Fluent in French with a very good command of Dutch (full bilingual proficiency is a strong advantage).
• Strong business development and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and project management abilities.
• Self-motivated, autonomous and customer-oriented.
• Valid driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow business across your assigned territory.

Our client is a well-established international company specializing in shoring and scaffolding solutions for construction, public works, industry, historical restoration and events. As part of its continued growth in Belgium, the company is looking for a Business Development Manager to strengthen its commercial team.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and grow business across your assigned territory.
• Identify and prospect new customers and construction projects.
