Engibex, a Belgium-based engineering and R&D consultancy, is seeking a Business Developer to drive commercial growth, identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and translate needs into staffing solutions. You will collaborate with recruitment, monitor market trends, and close deals.

Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch, with 1–4 years of relevant experience, you thrive in a fast-growing team and enjoy learning and success.

Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years in a commercial or business development role.
• Proven experience in prospection / lead generation.
• Experience in the engineering sector is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English; fluent in French and/or Dutch.
• Result-driven, persistent, and comfortable with rejection.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Autonomous, proactive, and eager to learn.

Job Description

As a Business Developer, you are the driving force behind our commercial growth. You identify new business opportunities, build lasting relationships with clients, and act as the link between their needs and our engineering expertise.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new potential clients (cold calling, emailing, networking, events)
