The Corner Office is recruiting a hands-on Business Controller for a renowned international manufacturing company in the Bruges region. You will combine budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis with a strong focus on business partnering.

Acting as a trusted advisor to operations, supply chain, and management, you will report directly to the CFO and contribute to growth and optimization.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Controller or similar role.
• Experience in manufacturing is a strong asset.
• Solid budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Advanced Excel; ERP experience; Power BI knowledge a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of the financial performance monitoring of the Belgian manufacturing operation.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and monthly management reporting.
• Analyze business performance, cost structures, and operational KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities and formulate recommendations to enhance profitability and efficiency.
• Act as a finance business partner for operations, supply chain, and logistics teams.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting to the EMEA organization.

Are you a hands-on Business Controller who enjoys working closely with the business and having a tangible impact on operational performance? The Corner Office is recruiting a finance professional for a renowned international manufacturing company in the Bruges region.

In this role, you will combine budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis with a strong focus on business partnering. Acting as a trusted advisor to operations, supply chain, and management, you will report directly to the CFO and contribute to the continued growth and optimization of the organization.

Your Role

As Business Controller, you will be responsible for monitoring the financial performance of the Belgian manufacturing site. You will support management by providing financial insights, KPI reporting, and strategic analyses that drive decision-making and business results.

You will work closely with both local and international stakeholders and play a key role within a dynamic and fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Controller, Financial Controller, or similar controlling role.
• Experience within a manufacturing environment is considered a strong asset.
• Solid expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with proven experience in a business partnering role.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
