• A university degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Hands-on experience in an international environment, with a strong focus on financial analysis and corporate reporting.
• Experience in business process analysis and working with data in an automated environment.
• A proven ability to improve business performance by collaborating with stakeholders and identifying value-creating solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• A structured, accurate and well-organized approach, combined with the ability to manage tight deadlines and changing priorities.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to quickly understand new information and turn it into meaningful business insights.

As a Business Controller, you will act as a strategic business partner to management and the board, providing financial insights, challenging performance and identifying opportunities to improve business results. You will play a key role in translating data into actionable insights and supporting the company’s continued growth.

What will you do?

• Drive business performance: Monitor business activities and ensure accurate translation into financial processes, while identifying opportunities to improve business and financial processes.
• Deliver meaningful insights: Develop and optimize management reports, dashboards and KPIs to support informed decision-making.
• Lead financial planning: Coordinate multi-year strategic plans, budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Monitor performance: Manage the corporate performance cycle, from target setting with management to periodic performance reviews.
• Support strategic initiatives: Contribute to business projects, evaluate business cases and advise on opportunities to create value.
• Optimize client profitability: Maintain and improve profitability tools, support commercial teams through training and analyze fleet performance and new orders to identify trends and opportunities.
