You will monitor SG&A costs, challenge spending, coordinate the 2027 budget, validate POs, and develop Power BI reporting to improve visibility and decision support. The role emphasizes cost optimization and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in business controlling or financial performance management within a complex environment.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with data interpretation for insights.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost control and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Power BI and developing BI/reporting solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management with ability to influence operational teams.
• Rigorous, curious and proactive mindset; management consulting background is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and analyze SG&A costs across categories such as maintenance, uniforms, representation, training and projects.
• Drive financial performance within the assigned perimeter by challenging spending assumptions and supporting optimization.
• Lead and coordinate the preparation of the 2027 budget, reviewing assumptions and engaging stakeholders.
• Validate Purchase Orders (POs) and support admin and finance processes.
• Develop and enhance Power BI reporting to improve visibility and data-driven decision making.
• Identify and propose process improvements to increase efficiency and performance.
