You will own planning, budgeting, forecasting, project controlling, performance management and financial reporting, working with managers, sales, operations and finance to translate strategy into action. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, or finance business partnering.
• Experience in industrial, engineering, manufacturing, technology, or project-driven environments.
• Proven track record supporting both operational and strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to support strategy execution and improve financial performance.
• Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis for your area of responsibility.
• Oversee project controlling activities, including profitability, revenue recognition, cash flow, and margin performance.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and support project and business review processes.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Drive productivity improvements, cost optimization, and working capital performance.

Your background

• You hold a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You have at least 7 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, or finance business partnering.
• You have experience in industrial, engineering, manufacturing, technology, or project-driven environments.
• You have a proven track record supporting both operational and strategic business decisions.
• You are comfortable working in an international matrix organization and managing multiple stakeholders.
• You demonstrate strong communication, influencing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
