TVH Group is seeking a Business Controller to act as the financial partner for local sales management and regional/corporate finance teams. You will own budgets, forecasts and analyses to ensure accurate local financial results in line with targets.

You will liaise with German entities, drive monthly reports, support contract negotiations, and uphold internal controls. Strong German/English skills and ERP proficiency are essential for success.

Responsabilités

• Create annual budget and periodic forecasts for 3 German entities.
• Develop monthly management reports and present results to German and finance leadership.
• Monitor performance versus budget and forecasts; identify risks/opportunities and actions.
• Support new or renewed contract negotiations.
• Gate keeper of internal controls and compliance ambassador.
• Coordinate with tax and accounting providers and finance teams.
• Communicate accounting inquiries with HR, Purchasing and Management.
• Provide routine reports on payment status, liquidity and invoicing.

To strengthen our finance team, we are looking for a Business controller. In this role, you act as the “financial eyes” in the site for both the local sales management team and the Regional and Corporate finance teams.This function partners with various stakeholders in the organisation and is the financial right hand and business partner of the General Manager in Germany.The Business Controller is accountable and fully responsable for developing budgets and forecasts and analyzing and ensuring the accuracy of the local financial results versus targets.

Your role and responsibilities

• Create the annual budget and periodic forecasts for 3 German entities
• Develop monthly management reports, analyze and present financial results to the German and finance leadership teams
• Monitor and evaluate performance against budget or forecast, identify risks and opportunities and suggest possible actions
• Support new or renewed contract negotiations
• Act as the gate keeper of internal controls (compliance ambassador)
• Act as the point person between the 3rd party tax and accounting provider and regional and corporate finance teams
• Communicate with internal departments regarding accounting-related inquiries (e.g., HR, Purchasing, Management)
• Provide ongoing reports to management and departments (e.g., payment status, liquidity, outstanding invoices) and ensure finance documents are routed to the correct department for action

How to succeed / Your profile

• Accounting or finance degree
• Experience working in a matrix organization or with sales teams
• Analytical / hands-on / flexible / solution oriented
• Proficient in common accounting and ERP systems as well as MS Office (especially Excel)
• Excellent German skills (written and spoken) and English business proficiency (written and spoken)
