Ravago is seeking a Business Controller to strengthen the controlling team, support the senior controller with analyses and reports, and monitor operational and financial KPIs and capex. You will supervise the monthly close of multiple entities, provide ad hoc insights to management, and guide the budgeting and forecasting processes.

Fluency in Dutch and English, a practical, hands-on mindset, and a team spirit are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Economics or related field study preferred.
• First work experience or strong motivation to learn operational/financial processes.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
• Pragmatic, hands-on mindset with good communication skills.

Responsabilités

That is why we are looking for a Business Controller who can:

• Strengthen the existing controlling team, always with a positive critical mind.
• Support the senior controller in making analyses and reports.
• Control and monitor the various operational and financial KPIs and capex.
• Support and monitor the monthly closing of different entities.
• Provide support for ad hoc questions and projects from management.
• Supervise the budget and forecast process.

Your background

• Preferably you followed an education in an economic direction;
• You have a first work experience or you have just left school and you are super motivated to immerse yourself in our operational and financial processes;
• You are fluent in Dutch and English;
• You have a pragmatic approach and are very hands-on;
• You are a real team player but can also work autonomously;
• Thanks to good communication skills and result-oriented focus, you act as an advisor to the senior controller.
