onetowin is seeking several Business Consultants for various Shared Services teams within the Product Journey Tribe. The role focuses on business transformation, roadmaps, and conceptual design to drive value for the company and customers.

You will act as a bridge between business and technology, gather requirements, define acceptance criteria, and support change management while continuously improving processes.

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor degree required or equivalent
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with continuous improvement mindset
• Experience in process modeling, management and documentation, with IT affinity
• Knowledge of AWS, SQL, data modeling concepts, and UX experience is a plus
• Knowledge of GIS/location intelligence is a plus
• Understanding of business analysis best practices and agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather questions, issues and opportunities and analyze requirements
• Develop and adjust roadmaps for the tribe or business unit and assess feasibility with partners
• Design conceptual solutions for transformation projects and monitor business value
• Act as a bridge between business and technology domains and validate end-to-end solutions

• Document chosen solution directions, business requirements and ensure compliance, cost efficiency and quality

You will help develop roadmaps, perform conceptual design, and continuously monitor business value to ensure positive impact for the company and its customers.

Requirements & Qualifications

• You have a Master or Bachelor degree and 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• You are fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• You have strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills combined with a continuous improvement mindset.
• You are experienced in process modeling, management, and documentation, with affinity for IT and/or network domains.
• Knowledge of AWS, SQL, data modeling concepts, and UX experience are assets.
• Knowledge of GIS/location intelligence is a plus.
• You understand business analysis best practices and agile methodologies.
• You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, building trust and collaboration across teams.
• Affinity with telecom and experience in agile environments are a plus.
