Job summary

Telenet Business is seeking a Transformation Business Consultant to drive business transformation across order-to-cash and customer service processes. You will connect business teams with technology, product owners, analysts and external partners to deliver measurable value.

In this role you translate strategic and operational needs into clear priorities and roadmaps, align stakeholders, shape business cases and ensure delivery and adoption with the right experts.

Qualifications

• Experience in business transformation and strong understanding of processes, customers and operations.
• Analytical strength with a data-driven approach to priorities, decisions and value creation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including with leadership.
• Autonomous, able to connect the dots and operate effectively in complex, ambiguous environments.

Your profile as Transformation Business Consultant

• Brings experience in business transformation and quickly builds a strong understanding of processes, customers and operations.
• Combines analytical strength with a data-driven approach to priorities, decisions and value creation.
• Has excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including with leadership.
• Works autonomously, connects the dots and remains effective in complex and ambiguous environments.
• Has sufficient digital and technical affinity to collaborate with technology teams and partners; knowledge of telecom, ICT, agile, ITIL or PRINCE2 is an advantage.
• Is fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English.
