Telenet is seeking a Business Analyst to join the MyTelenet app team, transforming customer needs into valuable mobile experiences and working with stakeholders across the business.

You will translate business needs into requirements and user stories, shape the app roadmap, and support testing, go-live, and change management to continuously improve the customer journey.

Formación

• Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in digital environments.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Ability to translate business needs into requirements and user stories.
• Collaborative with product owners and UX designers.
