AXA Belgium seeks a Business Architect to bridge business strategy and IT execution within the Transformation Office. You will define architecture views across people, processes, capabilities, and tools for key initiatives and translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and target operating models.
You will partner with leaders and IT delivery teams, co-design pragmatic solutions, and govern architecture to ensure value and alignment. Flexible 35-hour weeks and home-working options are offered.
The Business Architect plays a key role within the Transformation Office by bridging business strategy and IT execution. The role ensures that transformation initiatives are aligned with AXA’s strategic objectives, operational realities, and target operating model. Acting as a trusted advisor and change enabler, the Business Architect supports the organization in delivering sustainable business value, driving innovation, and ensuring consistency across people, processes, technology, and governance.
