Volvo Trucks Belgium is seeking a dynamic professional to drive operational excellence and change across the organization. You will partner with leadership to translate strategy into action and deliver measurable performance improvements.

In this role you will lead initiatives to optimize processes, support transformation, manage stakeholder communications, and contribute to employer branding. You’ll work in an international, collaborative environment with direct impact on business results.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in operational excellence, project management, change management, or organizational development.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Structured, proactive, and execution oriented.
• Able to operate at both strategic and operational levels.

Responsabilidades

• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.

• Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Support internal and external communications.
• Develop presentations, leadership communications, and engagement campaigns.
• Ensure consistency in messaging and employer branding.
• Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to the Managing Director.
• Coordinate leadership actions, priorities, and follow-up activities.
• Facilitate alignment and collaboration across the organization.

Your Responsibilities
