DynaFin Consulting, a Benelux specialist in Financial Services transformation, seeks professionals with 2+ years in Banking or Financial Services and hands-on project exposure. You’ll translate regulatory needs into functional specs, analyze processes and collaborate with Risk and Compliance stakeholders across Agile and Waterfall projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Banking or Financial Services with hands-on project exposure.
• Experience in requirements elicitation, process mapping, functional requirements.
• Knowledge of AML/CFT, KYC/CDD, sanctions & embargoes, etc.
• Experience translating regulatory needs into functional specifications.

• Analyse and translate business, functional and regulatory requirements into clear specifications and deliverables.
• Analyse processes, data and controls to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Act as a bridge between Business and IT and collaborate with Risk and Compliance stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and align different stakeholders.
• Contribute to testing, implementation and change activities.

At DynaFin, you’ll contribute to regulatory and compliance transformation projects for Financial Services clients, while developing your expertise.

Your Impact

• You’ll work on projects at our clients, supported by experienced DynaFin colleagues
• Analyse and translate business, functional and regulatory requirements into clear specifications and deliverables
• Analyse processes, data and controls to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Act as a bridge between Business and IT and collaborate with Risk and Compliance stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops and align different stakeholders
• Contribute to testing, implementation and change activities
• Take ownership of your scope according to your experience and level of autonomy

What you bring

• At least 2 years of experience in Banking or Financial Services, with hands-on project exposure
• Experience in requirements elicitation, process mapping, functional requirements and workshop facilitation
• Knowledge of one or more Regulatory domains: AML/CFT, KYC/CDD, sanctions & embargoes, FATCA, CRS or regulatory reporting
• Experience analysing processes, controls and data, and translating regulatory needs into functional specifications
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; experience with Fircosoft, NetReveal, Pega or similar compliance platforms is a plus
• Fluent in English; good command of Dutch or French mandatory

• AML/KYC and Customer Due Diligence transformation
• Sanctions, screening and financial crime compliance
• FATCA, CRS and tax/regulatory reporting
• Compliance process, control and data improvements
• Regulatory change implementation and remediation
• Testing, implementation and operational readiness
