DynaFin Consulting is seeking a Regulatory & Compliance Consultant to contribute to transformation projects for Financial Services clients in the Benelux. You will translate business and regulatory needs into functional specs and work closely with Risk, Compliance, and IT teams.

You will analyse processes, data and controls to identify gaps, facilitate workshops, and support testing, implementation and change activities, taking ownership based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Banking or Financial Services with hands-on project exposure.
• Ability to elicit requirements, map processes and define functional needs.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and compliance platforms.

Responsabilités

• Analyse and translate regulatory requirements into clear specifications.
• Bridge Business and IT, collaborating with Risk and Compliance stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders across projects.
• Support testing, implementation and change activities.
• Take ownership of project scope according to experience.
