DynaFin Consulting is a Belgium-based payments transformation specialist seeking a Business Analyst Payments. You’ll work on client projects with a team of consultants to analyze and optimize payment processes, services and systems.

You will translate business needs into functional requirements, collaborate across Business, Operations and IT, and support UAT and go-live activities. Fluency in English plus Dutch or French is required; a strong Payments background is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Business Analyst with hands-on Payments experience.
• Experience in SEPA, SEPA Instant, Cards, acquiring/issuing, or international payments.
• Exposure to ISO 20022, PSD2, PSD3/PSR is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Work on client projects as a Payments BA.
• Analyse end-to-end payment processes across SEPA, cards and international payments.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and bridge Business and IT.
• Identify process inefficiencies, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Business, Operations and IT throughout project delivery.
• Support UAT, issue resolution and go-live preparation.

Your Impact

• As a Business Analyst Payments , you’ll work on projects at our clients, supported by experienced DynaFin colleagues
• Analyse end-to-end payment processes across SEPA, cards and international payments
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and bridge Business and IT
• Identify process inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with Business, Operations and IT throughout project delivery
• Support UAT, issue resolution and go-live preparation
• Share your Payments expertise through DynaFin knowledge sessions and initiatives

What you bring

• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on project experience in Payments
• Experience in one or more payment areas, such as SEPA, SEPA Instant, Cards, acquiring/issuing or international payments
• Exposure to payment standards or regulations such as ISO 20022, PSD2 or PSD3/PSR is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Fluent in English; good command of Dutch or French mandatory
