DynaFin is seeking a Business Analyst Consultant to work on client projects, supported by experienced colleagues. You will analyse business needs, client journeys and operations related to investment products and services, and map Front, Middle and Back Office processes and product lifecycles.

You will translate requirements into BRD/FRD, collaborate across Business, Operations and IT, and contribute to UAT and go-live activities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in Financial Services, with hands-on project experience.
• Knowledge of at least one Investment area: Private Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management or Securities Services
• Understanding of investment products and their lifecycle
• Ability to clarify business needs, structure requirements and work with Agile and Waterfall approaches
• A structured and curious mindset, with an interest in regulatory and technological developments, including the responsible use of AI
• Fluent in English; good command of Dutch or French mandatory

• As a Business Analyst Consultant, you’ll work on projects at our clients, supported by experienced DynaFin colleagues.
• Analyse business needs, client journeys and operations related to investment products and services
• Map Front, Middle and Back Office processes and product lifecycles, including equities, bonds and derivatives
• Translate business needs into clear business and functional requirements (BRD/FRD), business rules and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with Business, Operations and IT through workshops and project delivery
• Contribute to UAT, issue follow-up and go-live preparation

Projects you could work on

• Depending on our clients’ needs, you could work on:
• New or evolving investment offerings
• Client and advisory journey redesign
• Regulatory changes and their integration into processes and systems

Profile

• At least 2 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in Financial Services, with mandatory hands‑on project experience
• Knowledge of at least one Investment area: Private Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management or Securities Services
• Understanding of investment products and their lifecycle
• Ability to clarify business needs, structure requirements and work with Agile and Waterfall approaches
• A structured and curious mindset, with an interest in regulatory and technological developments, including the responsible use of AI
• Fluent in English; good command of Dutch or French mandatory
