DynaFin Consulting, a Belgium-based specialist in Financial Services, seeks professionals to manage and optimize payment processes, combining payments know-how with strong process management skills.

Join a human-sized firm with around 100 consultants and 80+ financial institutions across the Benelux; remote work is possible depending on client policy. The role covers PSD2 transformations, SEPA, cards and international payments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in process management or transformation within Banking/Financial Services.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end processes.
• Strong payments knowledge, including PSD2.
• Experience with SEPA, SEPA Instant, cards, acquiring/issuing or international payments.
• Knowledge of BPMN, KPIs, SLAs, risks and controls.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Manage and improve end-to-end payment processes.
• Monitor performance via KPIs, SLAs, controls and indicators.
• Analyse incidents and bottlenecks to drive improvements.
• Define governance, ownership, roles and procedures.
• Coordinate Process Owners, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Data and IT.
• Support implementation, testing, adoption and performance follow-up.

Your Impact

• Manage and improve end-to-end payment processes
• Monitor performance through KPIs, SLAs, controls and operational indicators
• Analyse incidents, bottlenecks and root causes and drive process improvements
• Define process governance, ownership, roles and procedures
• Coordinate Process Owners, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Data and IT
• Support implementation, testing, adoption and performance follow-up

What you bring

• At least 2 years of experience in process management, operational improvement or transformation within Banking or Financial Services.
• Hands-on experience managing or improving end-to-end processes
• Strong Payments knowledge, ideally including PSD2 experience
• Experience with SEPA, SEPA Instant, Cards, acquiring/issuing or international payments
• Knowledge of process governance, BPMN, KPIs, SLAs, risks and controls
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English; good command of Dutch or French mandatory

• Card payments, acquiring/issuing and digital payment solutions
• International and cross-border payment processes
