DynaFin Consulting in Belgium is looking for a results-driven process management professional to own end-to-end payment processes within Banking and Financial Services. You will analyze and optimize workflows, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in process management or transformation within Banking or Financial Services.
• Experience in managing or improving end-to-end processes.
• Strong Payments knowledge including PSD2 experience.
• Experience with SEPA, SEPA Instant, Cards, acquiring/issuing or international payments.
• Knowledge of process governance, BPMN, KPIs, SLAs, risks and controls.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French mandatory.

Your Impact

• Manage and improve end-to-end payment processes
• Monitor performance through KPIs, SLAs, controls and operational indicators
• Analyse incidents, bottlenecks and root causes and drive process improvements
• Define process governance, ownership, roles and procedures

What you bring

• At least 2 years of experience in process management, operational improvement or transformation within Banking or Financial Services.
• Hands-on experience managing or improving end-to-end processes
• Strong Payments knowledge, ideally including PSD2 experience
• Experience with SEPA, SEPA Instant, Cards, acquiring/issuing or international payments
• Knowledge of process governance, BPMN, KPIs, SLAs, risks and controls
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English; good command of Dutch or French mandatory

• Card payments, acquiring/issuing and digital payment solutions

• Payment process governance, performance and continuous improvement
