Meerab Group in Belgium seeks a senior IT Business Analyst with extensive experience in information systems and enterprise IT environments. You will model processes, create clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align business needs with IT delivery.

The role requires deep knowledge of BABOK and IEEE standards, plus hands‑on practice with BPMN/UML, ARIS, Archi and related tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in IT Business Analyst role.
• Experience with information systems and IT environments.
• Administrative business processes in large organisations.
• Proficient in BABOK and IEEE modelling standards.
• Experience with user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of state diagrams, ER models, BPMN/UML modelling.
• Proficient with Visio, Lucidchart, Balsamiq, Pencil.
• Experience with ARIS, ArchiMate and Archi tooling.
• Familiarity with EIF interoperability framework.
