Qualifications

• At least 11 years of experience in business analysis and related fields.
• Experience with UML and BPMN for business process modeling.
• Data analysis and data modeling capabilities.
• Strong understanding of information systems and project-related technical concepts.
• Experience with administrative business processes in large organizations.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in Agile frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience in Agile business analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to present to stakeholders.

• Business model analysis
• Business requirements analysis

• Assistance in drafting business cases, project charters and security plans
• Assistance in drafting Test Plans and Test Cases

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

The consultant must demonstrate experience in:

• At least 11 years of experience
• Business analysis and business process modeling using UML and BPMN
• Data analysis and data modeling
• Strong understanding of information systems and project-related technical concepts
• Experience with administrative business processes in large organizations
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Proficiency in Agile frameworks and methodologies
• Experience in Agile business analysis
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to deliver high-level presentations to stakeholders

Technical certification(s): At least, one of the following or any equivalent:

• BPMN 2.0
• OMG Certified Expert in BPM (OCEB)
• OMG Certified UML Professional
• BABOK
• ITIL 4
• PM² certifications
• Agile Certified Professional IIBA
