Keystone Solutions seeks a Business Analyst CSRD consultant to join a client CSRD program in Brussels. You will assimilate the CSRD framework, map data requirements, and support governance across Finance, Risk, Data, and Sustainability teams.

With 3–6 years in business analysis and strong Excel skills, you will drive process improvements, manage stakeholder groups, and ensure timely delivery while applying best practices in regulatory reporting and project management.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience as a business analyst.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of change/project management methodologies is an asset.
• Experience in financial services, preferably banking, is an asset.
• Knowledge of ESG/ESRS Finance (regulatory) reporting is preferable.
• Excellent Dutch, good French, excellent English (working language).

Responsabilités

Mission Overview:

The client is seeking a Business Analyst CSRD for a consultancy mission delivered by Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will represent our values and expertise while working on-site at the client, contributing to their CSRD program within the Chief Operating Office of Finance.

Responsibilities:

• Assimilate the CSRD framework and its impacts.
• Examine disclosure requirements for implementation.
• Assess required data needs, compare with existing data, and support data gap analysis.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience as a business analyst.

• Internal control notions (Audit) are preferable.
• Knowledge of change/project management methodologies, principles, and techniques is an asset.
• Experience in the financial services sector (preferably banking) is an asset.
• Knowledge of ESG/ESRS Finance (regulatory) reporting is preferable.
• Good understanding of workflow processes within financial organizations.
• Strong organizational and business strategy insight.
• Audit experience is an asset.
• Very strong conceptual and analytical skills.
• Ability to drive change, structured approach, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to frame complex problems, apply creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Confidentiality and maturity in internal and external communications.
• Strong communicator with a diplomatic approach.

• Master's degree or equivalent qualification.

• Language requirements: Excellent Dutch, good French, excellent English (working language).
• Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking, with exceptions during project delivery and onboarding.
• No travel required.
