Keystone Solutions is seeking aSenior Business Analyst for a consulting mission at a client site in Brussels. You will work on the CRR3/Basel IV regulatory capital program, performing data analysis and coordinating data collection with relationship managers.

Lead functional analyses and ensure alignment across Risk, Finance, and IT teams. The role requires 6+ years in banking, deep knowledge of regulatory capital frameworks, and strong documentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience.
• Languages: French (fluent/good), English (excellent, working language).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in banking.

Mission Overview:

The client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a consultancy mission at their site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, focusing on the CRR3/Basel IV regulatory capital program.

Responsibilities:

• Support regulatory capital program focused on Risk Weighted Assets (RWA).
• Perform data analysis, including ad-hoc data extractions from Risk and Finance data sources to support RWA analyses.
• Coordinate data collection initiatives and support relationship managers in this process.
• Contribute to methodological solutions for RWA (e.g., impact of collaterals), as well as the follow-up of their implementation.
• Contribute to data quality assessments and remediation initiatives impacting regulatory capital calculations.
• Perform functional, regulatory and process analysis across the end-to-end capital chain.
• Coordinate one or more sub-projects, ensuring alignment between Risk, Finance, Corporate Banking, Data and IT.
• Translate regulatory, business and risk requirements into functional specifications and implementation guidelines.
• Support program governance activities (planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, reporting).
• Provide ad-hoc advisory support to management of the different domains (Corporate banking, Risk, Finance, Data, etc.).

Key Deliverables:

• Data analysis outputs supporting RWA calculations and controls.
• Functional analysis documents and business requirement specifications.
• Workstream planning, status reports, risk and dependency logs.
• Stakeholder coordination and advisory materials (meeting outputs, decision logs).
• Documentation supporting regulatory alignment and audit readiness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience.
• Complete required certifications, if any.
• Languages: French (fluent/good), English (excellent, working language).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in banking.
• Good expertise in Regulatory Capital / RWA frameworks (CRR/CRD, Basel).
• Experience within Fortis is preferable.
• Banking knowledge.
• Proven experience in Business Analysis and PMO/coordination roles on regulatory programs.
• Solid understanding of Risk, Finance and Business processes.
• Business experience (fronting) is preferable.
• Good data capabilities, including the ability to perform data extractions and analyses (SQL or equivalent).
• Ability to work independently in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Excellent documentation, structuring and communication skills.
