Job summary

Craftzing, Oost-Vlaanderen, Belgium, seeks a medior/senior Business Analyst to bridge client ambitions and digital solutions. You translate challenges into structured roadmaps, process models, and success metrics, guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful digital outcomes.

You’ll act as the liaison between client stakeholders and delivery teams, gather requirements, design future processes, translate objectives into roadmaps and KPIs, and support validation and data-informed

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in business analysis, especially in digital environments.
• Translate high-level objectives into actionable plans.
• Ability to work with both business leaders and technical teams.
• Fluency in English and Dutch; French is a plus.

• English and Dutch fluency is essential; French is a welcome plus.
