Job summary

You’ll act as the liaison between client stakeholders and delivery teams, gather requirements, design future processes, translate objectives into roadmaps and KPIs, and support validation and data-informed

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in business analysis, especially in digital environments.
• Translate high-level objectives into actionable plans.
• Ability to work with both business leaders and technical teams.
• Fluency in English and Dutch; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the link between client stakeholders and our digital delivery teams, ensuring clear collaboration and alignment.
• Gather and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and research, turning them into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze and improve existing workflows, and design future processes that guide platform, app, or service development.
• Translate business objectives into actionable roadmaps, KPIs, and prioritized backlogs.
• You translate business strategies into clear, unambiguous business requirements.
• Support solution validation and user acceptance testing, ensuring deliverables meet expectations.
• Use data and insights to inform recommendations and help clients make evidence-based decisions.
