UniSystems is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our UniQue team in Belgium. You will translate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate with stakeholders to optimise processes.

Key responsibilities include requirements elicitation, use cases, BPMN/UML modelling, and supporting agile release planning. Fluency in English (C1) is required; other languages are a plus. This role emphasizes stakeholder communication and high-quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT with required experience or a Bachelor's with extended experience.
• Experience in analysis and modelling techniques (use cases, diagrams, ER models, etc.).
• Experience with BPMN or UML.
• Experience with software development methodologies (e.g. Agile).
• Experience working with Jira.

What will you be doing in this role

• Preparing business and functional requirements, use cases, diagrams, test case, eliciting requirements, stakeholder management
• Business model and process analysis, and business processes modelling
• Preparing Functional Specifications and data dictionaries
• Analysis for low code / no code technological solutions
• Analyse documents delivered by stakeholders and prepare their implementation
• Participate in the release planning meetings to propose requirements to be implemented
• Organising analysis meetings, managing the relationship with the project owners
• Proposing the UI-UX design compliant with European User Interface guidelines

Requirements

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Master's degree in IT with minimum 13 years of relevant experience (or Bachelor's degree and minimum of 17 years relevant experience)
• At least 6 years of specific expertise in analysis and modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.).
• At least 6 years of specific expertise in BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value.
• At least 3 years of specific expertise in software development methodologies (e.g. Agile).
• At least 3 years of specific expertise in working with Jira
• Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis
• Capability to speak to business and technical audiences.
• Proficiency in English language at a minimum C1 level
