Sloka IT Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience to partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical groups. You will gather requirements, document user stories, and support IT solution delivery in an onsite, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include leading workshops, creating BRD/FRD artifacts, refining the backlog, and assisting with UAT. The role emphasizes strong analytical skills and effective communication across teams.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business analysis and requirements management.
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements.
• Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience creating BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Maintain clear and up-to-date project and requirements documentation.
