Responsibilities

• Drafting business requirements.
• Documenting business requirements.
• Reviewing domain experts’ inputs and translating them into business requirements.
• Preparing test cases based on the requirements.
• Overseeing the User Acceptance Testing.
• Prioritising the business requirements.
• Business model analysis.
• Business process analysis.
• Risk analysis.
• Interaction with other business analysts, business owners, customers and project managers.
• Participating in agile IT project management and business meetings.
• Supporting discussions related to the Once-Only Technical System.
• Supporting coordination of digital credential solutions with ESSPASS.
• Overseeing the technical work on the pilot with Member States on the digitalisation of their diplomas, in the context of the European Digital Identity Wallet.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of specific expertise in functional analysis, with experience in the labour market domain and/or verifiable credentials a plus.
• Structured methodology for drafting and reviewing business requirements, with extensive experience ensuring alignment of deliverables with initial business requirements.
• Good communication skills (oral and written presentations and reports).
• Ability to communicate with business representatives as well as IT development teams.
