Job summary

We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major banking organisation's Risk & Credits division. You will be responsible for translating business needs into functional solutions, supporting change initiatives across the end-to-end credit lifecycle, from loan origination and contracting through to risk management and portfolio servicing.

Working within an Agile environment, you'll collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, Functional Analysts, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform impact assessments, manage dependencies, and support successful delivery.

Key Requirements

• Proven Business Analyst experience within the banking sector
• Strong knowledge of credit, lending, loans, mortgages, or credit risk
• Experience gathering and analysing business requirements
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and functional analysis
• Exposure to COBOL/Mainframe and Java-based applications is highly desirable
• Fluent English plus French or Dutch
