SEIDOR is seeking a Senior Business & Requirements Analyst to join our Brussels on-site team, supporting an international EU institutional environment. You will perform business process modelling, document requirements, and conduct risk analyses while collaborating with diverse stakeholders in an Agile setting.

The role requires strong BPMN/UML knowledge, 11+ years of experience, and proficiency with tools like Balsamiq, ARIS, Atlassian, GitHub, and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• At least one of BPMN 2.0, OCEB, OMG UML Professional, BABOK, ITIL 4, PM², Agile Certified Professional IIBA.
• At least 11 years of professional experience.
• Strong experience in Business Analysis and Business Process Modelling.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN and UML.
• Experience with listed tools: Balsamiq, ARIS, Atlassian tools, GitHub, ServiceNow, PM², PM² Agile, Scrum, Kanban.
• Experience with business requirements and functional requirements analysis.
• Knowledge of data analysis and data modelling.
• Good understanding of information systems and software development methodologies.
• Experience with Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to deliver high-level presentations.

We want you to join our team in Brussels (onsite) as a Business & Requirements Analyst (Senior), supporting an international EU institutional environment.

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?

• Perform business process modelling and business model analysis.
• Analyse and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct process and risk analysis.
• Support the preparation of business cases, project charters and security plans.
• Assist in drafting Test Plans and Test Cases.
• Perform data analysis and data modelling.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders in a large organisational environment.
• Apply Agile business analysis practices and contribute within Scrum/Kanban environments.
• Prepare and deliver high-level presentations.

The assignment is delivered at EEAS premises in Brussels. Normal service is Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day, with mandatory core hours of 10:00–12:00 and 15:00–17:00 Brussels time.

A personal security clearance up to SECRET UE/EU SECRET or equivalent will be required.

Requirements

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

• At least one of the following certifications: BPMN 2.0 | OCEB | OMG Certified UML Professional | BABOK | ITIL 4 | PM² | Agile Certified Professional IIBA
• At least 11years of professional experience.
• Strong experience in Business Analysis and Business Process Modelling.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN and UML.
• Experience with the following tools is relevant: Balsamiq | Software AG ARIS | Atlassian tools | GitHub | ServiceNow | PM² | PM² Agile | Scrum | Kanban
• Experience with business requirements and functional requirements analysis.
• Knowledge of data analysis and data modelling.
• Good understanding of information systems and software development methodologies.
• Experience with Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to deliver high-level presentations.
