Edenred BeLux recherche un Data Analyst pour rejoindre l’équipe Tech Data. Vous concevrez et gérerez des données, des rapports et des dashboards Power BI afin d’alimenter les décisions stratégiques.

Vous avez 3+ ans d’expérience en data analytics, une connaissance approfondie de SQL, DAX et des pratiques GDPR/Data Governance, et vous aiderez à transformer les besoins métiers en solutions analytiques concrètes.

Qualifications

• 3+ années d’expérience en analyse de données dans le secteur financier ou en consulting.
• Capacité à traduire les besoins métiers en modèles de données et cas d’usage analytiques.
• Maîtrise SQL, DAX, Power BI et bonnes pratiques de visualisation des KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Collecter et structurer les données de manière efficace et sécurisée.
• Concevoir et maintenir des rapports et dashboards Power BI.
• Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes et les Product Owners S&F.

As part of Edenred BeLux, you will be working as Data Analyst in our Tech Data Team. The main scope of Tech Data Team is to create data products on our Global Edenred Azure Data Platform, build data sets, provide strategic dashboard & reports in Power BI and enable self-service reporting across the organization/ As a Data Analyst, you are a professional specialized in the design, implementation, and management of the systems, architectures, and tools necessary for the collection, storage, transformation, and distribution of data. The primary role of a Tech Data Analyst is to develop and maintain the technical infrastructure that allows companies to organize and efficiently exploit their data.

The key stakeholders for this position are:

• Internal: End-users & key users, Data & Product managers and executives, process owners/team leaders and managers, Agile Teams (Scrum Masters and Product Owners).
• External: HQ’s corporate IT, Remote Development centers, customers and partners.

Reporting Line : you report directly to the IT Back-end & Data Product Owner and your N+2 will be the CTO Edenred BeLux.

As Data Analyst, you will be in charge of Collecting & organizing the data on an efficient, compliant & secured way (pricing analytics, Client / merchant segmentation, Business Review reporting : Business analysis & modelling: understanding, documenting, supporting, and analyzing procedures that support the business functions performed in the different departments of the company.. Data management: Takes responsibility for the accessibility, retrievability and security of specific subsets of data Data visualization: develop reports & dashboards in PowerBI or other Data Visualization tools Requirements definition & management: defining user stories and acceptance criteria with the key users, Product Owners, Product Managers and Business Sponsors. Development & implementation: participate actively with the dev. team, lead the validation efforts with the end users and proactively help the team members on their tasks to finish each Sprint. Application support & Customer service support: as a team, take full responsibility of changes put into production The quality of the deliverables: testing of Business Process & applications.

We are looking for individuals with a proven track record (3+ years) in data analysis in financial services industry or gained in a consultancy environment, or a similar relevant experience. A person who can bridge business needs and data solutions by translating business requirements into structured data models, specifications, and analytics use cases. Ideally, the candidate has experience working in an Agile/Scrum/SAFE context.

You have proficiency in:

• Data Modeling & Data Architecture Understanding of conceptual, logical, and physical data models. Ability to design and document data flows and business data rules. Knowledge of data warehouses, data marts, APIs, ETL/ELT processes, and integration patterns. Understanding of master data, reference data, and data lifecycle management.
• Programming and Data Visualization Languages : Proficiency in SQL and data analysis languages. Strong understanding of DAX and analytical calculations. Mastery of Power BI and data visualization best practices. Ability to design meaningful KPIs and dashboards. Capacity to translate business requirements into efficient reporting solutions.
• Data Integration & Ecosystem Understanding of APIs, file exchanges, and integration mechanisms between business applications. Ability to analyze source-to-target mappings and data transformation rules. Experience working with ERP, CRM, Finance, and Data platforms. Understanding of data lineage and end-to-end data flows across systems.
• Data Collection and Management Extraction of relevant data from large volumes Ability to perform root cause analysis and data investigations Experience in data reconciliation and data quality controls.
• Data Analysis & Problem Solving Analysis of information from dashboards and reports. Identification of trends, anomalies and data issues. Data quality assessment and root cause analysis.
• Functional Analysis & Requirements Management Collection, analysis, and formalization of business requirements. Translation of business needs into functional specifications and user stories. Definition of acceptance criteria and support during User Acceptance Testing. Validation of business rules, data transformations and reporting outputs. Impact analysis across systems, processes, and data flows. Facilitation of workshops between business and technical stakeholders.
• Data Security, Legislation and Data Governance Mastery of data security requirements and standards (GDPR, ethics). Knowledge of the legal framework for the use of algorithms and profiling (CNIL). Guardian of Data governance & data quality management Understanding of data governance concepts and ability to enhance the role and importance of data within the company.
• Communication and Presentation : Skills in written and verbal communication, adaptability of the message depending on the audience, and creation of clear and persuasive presentations. French and English Proficiency: At Edenred, advanced English proficiency is an essential skill, enabling smooth and effective communication within teams. You can demonstrate: Strong, assertive personality capable of leading through challenging situations. Ability to analyze complex information, extract key ideas, & synthesize for decision Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of engaging and influencing. Strong customer orientation with capability to understand business requirements and convert it to tasks for implementation.

Permanent contract (38 hours/week) Location: Brussels (Auderghem) A stimulating position within a dynamic organization that focuses on technological innovation to enhance workers' purchasing power.
