Edenred BeLux is seeking a Senior QA Engineer for Front applications within multi-disciplinary Agile teams in Brussels. You will define testing strategy, plan and execute both manual and automated tests, covering frontend and backend (.NET and Angular.JS), collaborating with developers, analysts and product owners.

The role requires a proven track record in QA, strong communication, and fluency in English and/or French/Dutch.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in the digital field as QA engineer.
• Experience across the Software Testing Life Cycle including performance testing.
• Manual testing with functional, regression, exploratory, UAT, smoke, and sanity testing.
• Experience with collaboration tools like Jira/Confluence, Azure DevOps, Teams, Office 365.
• Automation testing is a plus.
• Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch.

This includes MyEdenred Mobile/Web applications and Leads2Win. You will **be part of** a team of analysts, testers, developers and a Scrum Master. You will report to Edenred’s Front PO and Edenred’s CTO.**As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be accountable for ensuring the quality of our applications** by designing and implementing robust testing strategies. You will have to know and understand all the functionalities of the different applications. You will collaborate closely with developers, analysts and business teams to deliver reliable and high-quality applications.The key stakeholders for this position are:* **Internal:** + developers, product owners, business analysts from the whole IT department + product managers, process owners/team leaders and managers,* **External:** Users, customers (e.g. key account, social secretaries) and partners.As a **QA Engineer**, you will be in charge of:**Test Strategy and Planning*** Define and maintain the overall QA strategy for projects.* Based on acceptance criteria from business: + Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents for testability and clarity. + Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. + Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.**Test execution and reporting*** Execute manual and automated test cases across different environments (staging, pre-prod, production validation).* Identify, document and track bugs with clear reproduction steps.* Validate bug fixes and perform non-regression testing.* Test both backend and frontend of our web applications (.NET and Angular.JS)* Monitor test results and provide regular test reports to stakeholders.* Conduct performance/load testing and analyze results.* Being able to design, develop and maintain automated test scripts is an asset* Execute the mobile application testing for both iOS and Android**Release & Post-release*** Validate production deployments (smoke tests, sanity checks).* Provide sign-off for releases from a QA perspective.* Monitor production issues and collaborate on root cause analysis.* Track post-release defects and feed learnings back into QA processes.# **WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU**You have a **proven track record** (minimum 5 years) in the digital field as QA engineer.You have proficiency in:* Software Testing Life Cycle, AB testing, performance testing* Manual testing expertise: Functional, regression, exploratory, UAT, smoke, sanity.* Using collaboration & communication tools (Atlassian: Jira/Confluence), Azure DevOps, Teams, Office 365,... )* Experience in automation testing is a plus.* ISTQB certitication* Fluency in English, French and/or Dutch.You can demonstrate:* Strong, assertive personality capable of leading through challenging situations.* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of collaborate with different type of profile, from technical to business.* Strong customer orientation & multi-level stakeholders management.# **START DATE**ASAP# **OTHER INFORMATION*** Permanent contract (38 heures/semaine)* Location: Brussels (Auderghem)* A stimulating position within a dynamic organization that focuses on technological innovation to enhance workers' purchasing power.* The opportunity to work remotely 2 days a week with your manager's approval, including a homeworking allowance of 115€.* You are covered with hospitalization and ambulatory care insurance (with the option to extend it to your family).* You benefit from all Edenred-solutions, such as vouchers but also Edenred Engagement (including Edenred Discounts).* Your package includes a car or a mobility budget, depending on what you prefer.
