Phinest in Belgium seeks a skilled Business Analyst to drive IT projects from gathering to implementation. You will work with users and stakeholders to document requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.

You will collect and analyze data across sources to support strategic decisions, model requirements, and propose improvements that optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance quality. Fluency in French and English is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master degree is required.
• 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of information systems and software development processes.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Ability to present complex data in an understandable way and make clear strategic recommendations.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI software like Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to design and implement effective prioritization solutions.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is an asset.
