AVASO Technology seeks an Onsite Support Field Engineer to join our Brussels team. The role involves providing hands-on desktop support to end users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues, and ensuring timely resolutions both on-site and remotely.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in desktop support, proficiency across Windows, Mac, and Linux, and solid knowledge of Active Directory, remote desktop tools, and ITIL processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Desktop Support or similar roles.
• Proficient with Windows OS, Mac OS and Linux environments.
• Experience with Active Directory for user management and security.
• Familiar with ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site and remote desktop support for users, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, and peripherals.
• Deploy operating systems, updates, and software packages.
• Work with IT team to resolve and escalate issues as needed.
• Perform routine system audits and ensure security.
• Provide end-user training and technical documentation.
