The role includes managing IT incidents, contributing to system architecture, hardware and software procurement within annual budgets, staying abreast of tech advances, and coordinating with accounting on IT invoices.

Qualifications

• Minimum IT Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Fluent French and English required.
• Experience in a similar IT/financial management role is a strong asset.
• Organised, discreet, rigorous with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily IT operations ensuring stability and security of the IT system.
• Provide end-user IT support and manage helpdesk for all employees.
• Follow up IT incidents and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Contribute to evolution of IT system architecture and hardware.
• Order and install hardware/software within the annual budget.
• Stay updated on technological developments and provide training.
