Job summary

Morgan Philips Executive Search is sourcing a high-calibre Investment Banking Senior Associate / Junior VP for a leading international financial institution in Brussels. The role focuses on execution and management of complex M&A and financing transactions, with client interaction and mentorship of junior staff.

You will lead due diligence, develop financial models (DCF, LBO, operating models), and prepare transaction materials while ensuring high-quality analyses and strategic recommendations

Qualifications

Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Law, or a related discipline.
5 to 7 years of experience in investment banking, M&A, corporate finance, or transaction advisory.
Strong expertise in financial modelling and valuation methodologies.
Proven ability to independently manage complex transactions from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Support the structuring, analysis, and execution of M&A and financing transactions.
Lead multiple live transactions and workstreams simultaneously.
Coordinate interactions between clients, external advisors, and internal stakeholders.
Coach, mentor, and supervise analysts, associates, and interns.
Ensure the quality and accuracy of financial analyses and client deliverables.
