Job summary

ING Belgium is seeking an Associate for its Midcorp M&A team in Brussels. You will advise on strategic transactions, support origination, and help manage the full transaction lifecycle from valuations to due diligence.

You’ll work with investors, entrepreneurs, and internal stakeholders to deliver high‑impact deals across Belgium and beyond. The role requires a Master’s degree and 4–6 years of corporate finance experience, with fluency in English, Dutch, and French.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field with strong academic performance.
• 4–6 years of professional experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, or related fields.
• Proven experience in transaction execution and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support business development and origination through market research, client materials, and benchmarking.
• Assist in executing full transaction lifecycle: valuations, modelling, due diligence, and deal documentation.
• Coordinate communication with clients, investors and external advisors; support governance and approvals.
• Prepare market intelligence, sector updates, and pricing analyses; maintain knowledge databases.
