Job summary

Advancing People Recruitment is seeking an experienced Python Engineer to help build an AI-enabled IDP platform in Brussels. You will work on low-code plus automation features, designing robust Python pipelines and collaborating with AI, front-end, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment.

The role requires 2–4 years of Python experience, familiarity with Flask/Django/FastAPI, and cloud infrastructure know-how. Hybrid work with two days in the Brussels office is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of proven Python engineering experience.
• Experience with Flask, Django and FastAPI.
• Master's Degree in an analytical field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Advance the IDP platform with AI-driven document understanding features.
• Develop Python solutions with strong testing and code reviews.
• Collaborate with AI, front-end, and DevOps teams to deliver cohesive IDP solutions.
• Build scalable, reusable components of Python-based pipelines.
• Explore latest AI tech including LLMs, prompt engineering and RAG.
