ictjob.be is seeking a backend engineer to join a project that builds an AI-driven internal communications platform for a major European energy operator in Brussels.

You'll design APIs in Python with FastAPI, connect to SQL Server and PostgreSQL, and implement SAML/OAuth authentication while maintaining tests with PyTest. The role also covers containerized deployments, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, ArgoCD, and frontend work with React and Nx.

Qualifications

• Experience designing RESTful APIs with Python.
• Experience with ORM and SQL databases (SQLAlchemy).
• Familiarity with authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth).

Responsabilités

• Design and implement backend APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Develop and maintain database schemas with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and SQLAlchemy.
• Integrate authentication and authorization protocols like SAML, OAuth, and identity management solutions.
• Write and maintain automated test suites using PyTest to ensure high code quality.
• Set up and optimize containerized deployments and CI/CD pipelines using Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, and ArgoCD.
• Build responsive frontend components with React, JavaScript, CSS, and Nx microfrontend architecture, adhering to coding standards and agile practices.
