Proximus seeks an AI Software Engineer to evolve an internal AI platform in Brussels. The role is hybrid, with at least 40% on-site work and a 3-month contractor commitment, potentially extendable.

You will translate business needs into stories, develop and validate AI solutions, onboard teams, and drive adoption across designers, marketers, and product squads. Qualifications

• Good understanding of LLM harnesses and agent workflows.
• Familiar with MCP, RAG, structured outputs and prompt engineering.
• Understand CI/CD pipelines and investigate build or deployment failures.
• Familiarity with Azure, Kubernetes, and Terraform is valuable.
• Code review, development, improvement, and optimization in Python/TypeScript.
